Why Intellivra
Intellivra Global differs from a traditional staffing agency in three measurable ways: shortlists arrive in 48 hours instead of two weeks, candidates are screened by engineers with AI-assisted matching rather than keyword search, and engagements can be priced on outcomes instead of hours.
Our recruiters work from a live bench of 4,000+ engineers who have already completed technical vetting. That is why the median approved-requisition-to-shortlist time is 48 hours, against an industry median of roughly two weeks.
Structured extraction ranks every applicant against the requisition, then a practising engineer runs the live interview and reviews a work sample. The model narrows the field; it never makes the hiring decision, and every rejection reason is recorded.
When scope is definable, you can buy the result rather than the hours. Managed teams are priced per sprint or milestone, with acceptance criteria agreed before work starts and a named delivery lead accountable for them.

Client feedback
We had three open data engineering roles sitting unfilled for a quarter. Intellivra sent four profiles in two days and we hired two of them. The screening notes were more useful than the interviews we were running ourselves.
The managed pod model let us treat a migration as a deliverable instead of a headcount problem. Acceptance criteria were agreed up front and we paid against milestones.
What stood out was the honesty on rates. We saw the bill rate breakdown and the market data behind it, which made the internal approval straightforward.
FAQ
Engagement models, vetting, pricing and guarantees — the eight questions procurement and hiring managers ask us most often.
Intellivra Global submits three to five pre-vetted profiles within 48 hours of an approved job description. Every candidate has already completed a structured technical screen and a work-sample review, so client interviews usually start in the same week.
Intellivra Global offers four engagement models: IT staff augmentation on an hourly bill rate, contract and contract-to-hire, direct placement on a percentage of first-year salary, and outcome-based managed teams delivered under a statement of work.
Most enterprises start with staff augmentation for a single role, then move to a managed team once the scope is well defined.
In staff augmentation the client manages the engineer day to day and pays for time. In a managed team, Intellivra Global owns the delivery plan, the team composition and the agreed outcomes, and the client pays for milestones defined in a statement of work.
Every candidate passes a four-stage screen: an AI-assisted resume and skills match against the requisition, a live technical interview with a practising engineer, a work-sample or code review, and employment plus reference verification. Roughly one in fourteen applicants reaches a client submission.

Yes. Contract placements carry a 30-day replacement guarantee and direct placements carry a 90-day guarantee. If a placed professional leaves or is released for performance inside that window, Intellivra Global replaces them at no additional fee.
